🔒 Intrinsically Safe — Hydraulic Power Pack

Our system is powered by a remotely operated hydraulic power pack, completely eliminating electrical hazards in hazmat, explosive-atmosphere (ATEX), and confined-space environments. No live electrics underwater — making it the safest solution available for high-risk industrial sites.

High-Torque Hydraulic Agitation System

A front-mounted, hydraulically driven rolling-blade drum delivers high-torque mechanical agitation directly to compacted sludge beds. The helical blade geometry ensures continuous material breakup across the full drum width, with no electrical components near the working head — even in the most corrosive or explosive atmospheres.

Integrated Suction & Material Extraction

A sealed suction hood beneath the agitator drum captures agitated material the moment it is loosened. The same hydraulic circuit drives the extraction pump, routing sludge through reinforced hoses to surface-side collection — a single, unified mechanical loop with no secondary power source required.

Onboard AI & Edge Computing

A ruggedised edge AI processor analyses multi-sensor data in real time — fusing depth maps, obstacle detections, and sludge density readings to make autonomous decisions without relying on surface connectivity. Machine learning models trained on sediment behaviour adapt cleaning intensity dynamically for maximum efficiency.

Autonomous Multi-Sensor Navigation

SONAR, LiDAR, and Inertial Navigation System data are fused through a vision-based SLAM pipeline, giving the robot a precise real-time map of its environment — including sludge depth profiles — regardless of water visibility or turbidity.

Long-Range Wireless Telemetry

Chirp spread-spectrum radio (LoRa / XBee) maintains a robust command and data link over long distances and through industrial RF interference, allowing full remote monitoring and override from the surface control station at all times.
